Firms in the property recovery industry (repossessions) are often structured similar to a franchise with independent operators using uniform operating procedures and centralized back office functions.  The success of the firm depends on the effectiveness, efficiency, profitability and service delivered by each recovery unit in the field.  It is a highly competitive cost sensitive industry.  Our firm worked with corporate executives at one of the nation’s largest property recovery companies as well as individual unit operators in developing a process improvement methodology that included key performance measures, success modeling and incentives focused on improving individual unit performance and economics.
